You can’t feel free inside, and self & soul connected when this nervous system is in chronic stress and in chronic survival.

It’s NOT your fault, it’s simply your biology at work, trying to keep you safe based on old programming from your past experiences, your environment and/or maybe even your ancestors.

Chronic survival is different from acute survival…

Chronic survival and chronic stress can manifest in many different
patterns that STOP you from living your life fully, even when you could.
You may not even notice that you are in them.
It’s part and package of being human.

These patterns can persist until they’re resolved at the root.

What’s the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)?

A music programme that helps your autonomic nervous system shift towards a state of inner safety:

The SSP is a safe and well-researched listening programme that uses filtered music to gently stimulate your vagus nerve (part of your autonomic nervous system) directly and help it re-attune to a state ‘inner safety’. It was developed by renowned researcher Dr. Stephen Porges. You get a tailored-to-you listening plan and much more to support you on your listening journey.

I have a background in somatic & mindfulness based psychotherapy, medicine, somatic trauma therapy, sound healing, spiritual life coaching, energy work and more. I’m also a certified SSP Provider

FAQs

  • The SSP it is not intended to be a stand-alone programme. Whatever you do, be sure to find appropriate guidance to help you work through it - it doesn't have to be with me.

    Why?

    While the SSP is very gentle and safe, it is important to tailor the listening process as you go along so that your ANS does not get overwhelmed.

    It's also important that you learn to navigate your unique ANS as you go along and so you can stay regulated, integrate what is showing up and adapt the listening pace to your needs.


    As your system shifts into more safety, it will start to release the themes that it was stuck with in different ways - some you'll notice and others may happen entirely out of your awareness.
    Themes that emerge may need guided support so that they can be processed, integrated and released as you continue to ground in your body and support your ANS. You need somebody at your side who knows what to look out for.

    I highly recommend you do the SSP only with certified practitioners who are willing to guide you through the process as they know what to look out for as you go along.

  • It’s really important that you feel 100% comfortable doing this programme (or any work with me). It is equally important that this programme is a good fit for you. That’s why I offer a complementary call to walk you through SerenityBEING and discuss all the considerations - so that we can get to know each other and see if we resonate.

    It’s also one of the reasons why I offer the option to pay this programme in a subscription format. That said, being fully committed to the programme is important because this is a necessary ingredient for your success.

  • Don't worry, often times its the idea of 'body wisdom' that can seem inaccessible. We will be working step by step with where you are at in easy ways. This programme is for YOU and will be tailored to you.

    You will get a better idea and feel after your complementary call and the mini-embodiment session.

  • SerenityBEING goes through four phases over the course of the programme that intricately build on each other and help you harness, integrate and build on different aspects of both the SSP and the coaching to create a powerful transformational experience for you.
    I will explain this to you in more detail in your complementary call and you will get a brochure with details of the four phases to take with you.

  • Sessions can be scheduled Tues - Thurs between 12.00 and 6.00 Central European Time.

  • Yes, SerenityBEING can be wonderful addition to your therapy work. This is something we can discuss in your complementary call. I will be happy to talk to your therapist if need be.

  • Working with the body is always an experiential process, so sometimes it is easier to feel what the work does for you than to put it into words.

    While they go hand in hand and can't really be fully separated, here is a description of the features of the two different coaching forms, to help you get more of an idea.

    1. Embodiment Coaching

    In this particular programme, embodiment coaching focuses on helping you get a felt-understanding your autonomic nervous system and how it translates into your unique experiences of life - and what you can do to help yourself regulate to feelings safety & connectedness.

    Understanding more about the autonomic nervous system and how it translates into your life will help you navigate challenges from different, new perspectives that help you feel empowered and immerse more in the energy of your whole self. You can continue to adapt and explore these even long after the coaching process is over.

    The body plays a huge role in helping your nervous system be well-regulated (this is one of the reasons why practices such as yoga, qi-gong, breathwork, mindfulness & bodyfulness and bringing awareness to the body and somatic therapies can be so helpful).

    We will zoom in on how your body speaks to you and how you can speak to your body - and how you can journey with your body, use your senses to guide you to deeper levels of your being, process your emotions somatically, draw on its wisdom to navigate your life feeling true to you and how you can notice early on when your nervous system starts to become dysregulated.


    2. Transformational Life Coaching

    This type of coaching offers holistic, sensitive and attuned support to help you integrate your experience of the SSP and themes that emerge during the listening and coaching process. It is not separate from conscious embodiment coaching, which often plays a central role in you connecting with yourself and your deeper truth beyond the limitations of words and thoughts.

    It is designed to help you self & soul connect holistically - in body, heart, mind, soul & spirit - always going with what you want and need.

    It draws on an intuitive and flexible blend of deep listening, body wisdom , psychology, energy work, neurobiology, ancestral healing, inner child & inner parts work, spiritual and shamanic practices, mindfulness, visioning in expanded awareness, sound healing, the power of the imaginal realm and universal laws to help you release the blocks, transform what you no longer need and embody what you envision for yourself in your highest intention.

    I draw on my entire background and on the downloads I receive that help guide the process. What you feel - your intuition, knowing and inner guidance - is what guides us to your core and and to the depths of what you really want to transform that is holding you back from being who you truly are.

  • Only you can decide if the programme feels right for you. That's why you have a complementary call and the option to do this programme in a subscription format - so that there is enough spaciousness for your inner knowing to unfold.

    It's important that you feel 100% yes!

    One thing I do truly believe, though, is:
    Supporting your autonomic nervous system can support you on any part of your journey of transformation. There are many other ways, besides the SerenityBEING, which you can use to help you regulate and support your nervous system. For example, doing regular body-mind awareness & mindful breathing practices.

  • You can opt for the monthly subscription model and commit to the programme for 2 months after which you can cancel anytime.

    If you opt for the full programme, you cannot get a refund once you start the programme.

    You will get more information about how exactly it is integrated into the coaching process, and all the details you need, in your complementary call.

    We'll also do an assessment before you commit to the programme to make sure that the SSP is right for you and that you do not have any contraindications.

    It involves several hours of music split into short listening sessions (anything from a few minutes to half an hour) that are integrated into the SerenityBEING coaching programme. You get an individually-tailored listening plan that is fine-tuned to your needs as we go through the SerenityBEING programme.

    The SSP was developed by renowned Dr. Steven Porges, based on his Polyvagal Theory. The SSP supports connection, collaboration and resilience and facilitates:

  • Yes, this is in planning. You can let me know if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

  • No, the sessions themselves will not be recorded. You will get ample resources and tailored-to-you guidance in video, audio or written form based on what emerges as we go along

  • For this programme, it is highly advisable for you have some time flexibility around the sessions to be present with what comes up, do small tasks and practices, do your self-care consistently (for example go for a nourishing walks in nature).

    That said, if you are always busy, this might also be due to chronic ANS activation, in which case you would benefit from doing the programme.

    We can discuss your specific situation in your complementary call, so that you and I can feel into if it is a good for you at the moment.
